The Executive Boardroom

The perfect setting for an intimate conference or meeting, featuring a beautiful oversized boardroom table, large, ergonomic task chairs, and 42” plasma screen television. The floor to ceiling windows provide exquisite natural light, overlooking the rooftop pool and Elliott Bay. Wi-fi and AV ready.

The Royal Brougham Room

This versatile meeting room can be used for medium sized meeting, breakout sessions or dining for your meeting room guests. Located next to our vaulted natural light pre-function area, this room gives you easy access and convenience. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi and large 50” plasma screen television is available for all your presentation needs.

Avenue One Ballroom - North & South

Our largest room can be used as one big ballroom, or two smaller, yet still large separate meeting rooms; all with the same great features and amenities. This large room looks out toward Elliott Bay and has access to our rooftop pool area for cocktail parties and receptions. This room is set with complimentary high speed Wi-Fi and a large 60” plasma television for LCD presentations.
